Dragon on the Mountain Top

This simple pencil sketch was drawn in August of 2007. It was my first attempt at drawing a dragon without a reference (other than my previous drawing). It was inspired by the outcome of my drawing of the dragon from the cover of "Eldest." Here, I am trying to imitate the style on my own.

Seeing as it was the second dragon I ever drew, it has many anatomical errors. The neck in particular stands out to me. However, I don't think it is too terrible for a 15 year old's work.
