Now that I am free to blog again, I would like to introduce to you, Gallery Lost. Gallery Lost is a literature blog updated with self written works including both poetry and prose, fiction and non-fiction. The blog is run by a young adult from New Hampshire, who is also a very close friend to me- and boyfriend.

Nathan DiYorio is a writer who can strike emotion into anyone. His words are more than just words- they have life and soul. He is the writer who can play a story in your mind as if it were real. You can feel the fear, the anxiety, and the sorrow that his characters feel. You, too, become a part of the story. It is more than a story. It is life.

As a modern day Poe, and human psychologist by nature, DiYorio writes stories of death, pain and sorrow. His Killer! blog tells the story of a serial killer through his diary. But there's a twist-- he isn't just some evil, insane man. DiYorio personifies him as a real person who loves and cares about other human beings. You can see into the eyes (and heart) of a serial killer. The Night Before Presents is a truly chilling poem that will destroy your childhood and make you fear Santa forever. Bot Fly will disturb and scar your mind, and his poems of heartbreak, angst,  and life everyone can relate to.

But on the other end of the spectrum, his works can also take on a much more lighthearted tone. Mushroom Hats tells of gnomes in hats, while Mad Cat is about the interaction and love of man and cat. Sometimes he writes of love and lust, romance and fantasy. His popular Lost in Thought tells of a psychic connection between lovers, and Girl I Don't Know is about a boy's admiration of a girl.

As a writer, DiYorio has a style very similar to Cracked. It is humorous (and crude at times) but very entertaining with its jokes and puns- both written and visual. DiYorio often includes hilarious pictures or videos with his work. You will be sure to laugh, or at the very least, smile.
