Just because I'm shy,

            Don't talk ignore me.

            Don't stare or criticize me.

            Don't judge me before you know me.

Just because I'm shy,

            I'm not antisocial..

            I'm not unkind..

            I'm not who you think I am.

Just because I'm shy,

            It doesn't mean I don't try...

            It doesn't mean I don't care...
