The painting features two faerie dragons with autumn leaf wings. Their tails are also tipped with leaves as well. The larger male (on the left) tries to woo the female (who sits on the tree) with his acrobatic skills.The forest bears its fiery autumn foliage.
This painting was well received by the public. Viewers love how the dragons "hide" in the painting. Some people didn't even notice they were there until a second glance. The color and texture was admired as well.
Of all my watercolor paintings of dragons, this one is my utmost favorite.I love the color, texture, and composition.
